  • We can do Yoga Nidra either laying on the bed or find a comfortable place to lay down. Take support to bend your knees slightly or for your back if you want.
  • Put your hands facing straight downwards. And your face and palms facing the sky. Relax your body and your face muscles and leave all the tension from your forehead.
  • Close your eyes and relax your pupil. When our mind is in stress, then our Pupils are kept rotating even in closed eyes.

  • Bring your awareness and attention to your right foot, your right ankle, right knee, right hip, right shoulder, right wrist, and then to the right hand one after one. 
  • And do the same for the left side of your body. Then bring your attention to your chest and try to soften that space in your body. Feel relaxing your heart pump.
  • And then bring your awareness to your throat, then both ears, both eyes, and finger of your hand one by one. Bring your consciousness to your forehead, chest, and then the center of your belly.
  • Rest your whole body. There is nothing to do, just rest. Do not concentrate too much. And just let go of your mind in the deep state. Do it effortlessly. Stay 15-20 minutes in that state.
  • To finish, feel the power and energy in your body parts again and calm your body internally. Then release the energy from it and come back in the conscious position very gently.
  • At last, join your palms together in front of your heart. It is a sign of gratitude to Yoga Nidra.

Try to stay in that deep state of mind for 15-20 minutes and practice it daily. Just do Yoga Nidra effortlessly and stay in the state of relaxation. Again, there is no effort, just rest.
